Chapter 01

Overview

Language apps fail when they need a connection and a free evening. High5 assumes neither. It ships bundled content across all six CEFR levels and precaches the app shell in a service worker, so a cold start works offline once you have opened it online. The daily board is deliberately small — five operations, five new words — because the thing that makes language learning work is returning tomorrow. The whole interface is Hebrew, right-to-left, aimed at the learner's first language rather than translated into it.

Chapter 02

Highlights

  • Works offline: bundled CEFR A1–C2 content with a service-worker-precached shell
  • Five operations a day — see, listen, talk, read, understand — plus five new words
  • Placement test or self-selected level, with content adapting to it
  • AI dialogue coach for live conversation practice, with a provider key you supply
  • Hebrew-first interface with full right-to-left layout
