Chapter 01

Overview

A job search, a hiring pipeline and a task list are the same shape underneath — items moving through ordered stages — but the vocabulary and the metrics differ enough that one generic tool serves none of them well. JobFlowTracker keeps a single codebase and switches vocabulary, board columns and analytics per mode, with each mode's data kept independent. It works offline first and syncs to Firebase when signed in, so nothing is lost without a connection.

Chapter 02

Highlights

  • Three modes over one data model, switchable from the header without losing state
  • Offline-first: everything works locally, with Firebase sync layered on rather than required
  • Firestore rules scope every document to its owner's uid — the API key in the client grants nothing on its own
  • English, Hebrew and French, with full right-to-left layout
  • AI assistance for both job seeker and recruiter flows
