Chapter 01

Overview

This started as one mode inside JobFlowTracker and was pulled out when it became clear it was a product rather than a feature — the extraction is the interesting part, not the Kanban board. The idea it keeps is that a task list has no single correct view: a board answers what is in flight, a priority ranking answers what to do next, a calendar answers when. KanDOne renders the same data seven ways rather than making you choose one. The priority view is the opinionated one, bucketing work into Do Now, Quick Wins and Later so the top of the list is always actionable.

Chapter 02

Highlights

  • Seven views over one dataset — board, list, priority, by type, timeline, calendar, stats
  • Priority bucketing by urgency, impact and effort, surfacing high-impact and low-effort work first
  • Routines and reminders: repeating tasks that regenerate on schedule
  • Offline-first and installable as a PWA, with optional Firebase sync
  • English, Hebrew and French with full right-to-left layout
